In 2011/2012, Sabine Schneider created the registered brand Sheiza's® with its distinctive red and turquoise logo – a brand that today stands for clarity, depth, sustainable transformation and leadership on a global level and at all levels of evolution.


From the outset, her work has been characterised by intensive interdisciplinary research into the connections between the soul, mind and human development. Over the years, she has systematically analysed, compared, defined, structured and tested a wide range of sciences, philosophies, religions and teachings from Western, Eastern, indigenous and ancient cultures.


Through the continuous simplification of complexity and the refinement of insights gained through practical experience, a unique foundation for new, universal growth systems was created.


In early 2020, she initiated a major research project focusing on human systems. The result is the Wholistic Human System© – a groundbreaking model that reveals the deep structures of human functioning and interaction.


Based on these groundbreaking findings, she developed A Wholistic World© - a comprehensive leadership system for sustainable development, transformation and healthy growth - at the end of 2022.


Her parallel research into the connections and differences between humans, animals, nature and the planet further expanded her work.


These findings have significant implications for societal, economic and environmental developments.


The systems represent a significant advance on existing systemic and integral approaches and have already proven their worth in practice.


In her international publication 'How Wholeness Saves a World' (2023), Sabine Schneider presents important interdisciplinary findings and multicultural experiences in an easily understandable way.


She emphasises the central role of the heart, the economy and consciousness, defines the terms on a new level and explains how they can be sustainably strengthened and further developed. 


The pioneering  work also introduces her third model, the Wholistic Knowledge Economy©, and shows why this new system is essential for long-term competitiveness, resilience and healthy growth in all sectors.


The coherence, consistency and simplicity of these three systems led to the creation of a comprehensive meta-solution – theoretically sound, practically proven and globally applicable.


In summary: Today, the global brand Sheiza's® stands for several decades of intercultural learning, academic and practical expertise, disciplined research, clarity, perseverance and a strong commitment to sustainable progress and leadership at all levels of evolution.


The three systems that reflect this development – Wholistic Human System©, A Wholistic World© and Wholistic Knowledge Economy© – are structurally sound, have been interconnected and validated through extensive application.


The meta-solution, anchored in the three systems, supports humans, brands, organisations and (eco) systems in establishing sustainable, healthy and future-proof growth across generations and decades.
