In the winter of 2011/2012, Sabine Schneider founded the registered brand Sheiza's®, with the distinctive logo in red and turquoise.
Alongside her work as a counselor, she initially delved deeply into the research and interconnections of soul and mind.
Through intensive analysis, comparison, definition, structuring and testing, she has explored various sciences, philosophies, religions and teachings of Western, Eastern, indigenous and ancient civilisations, as well as a multitude of different models of development and growth. In the process, she has repeatedly simplified complex relationships and improved and refined them through new insights and experiences.
In early 2020, she finally launched a comprehensive research project focusing on human systems, from which she developed the 'Wholistic Human System©'. She also explored the unique relationships between humans, animals, nature and the planet. Her new findings have an impact on all areas of society, economy and ecology.
At the end of 2022, Sabine Schneider was able to develop a sustainable growth and leadership system based on her groundbreaking research - a framework for evolution, transformation and growth that can be applied to humans, brands, organisations and (eco)systems.
She calls it 'A Wholistic World©', a system that extends beyond existing systemic, integral, and theoretical models, proven effective through practical application.
The simplicity and neutrality of her systems make them applicable at individual, collective, regional, and global levels.
In How Wholeness Saves a World, Sabine Schneider presents some of her interdisciplinary findings and multicultural experiences in an accessible way, emphasising the essential roles of heart, economy, and consciousness. Among other topics, she defines these terms on a new level and explains how they can be nurtured and developed in a healthy and sustainable way.
In this work she also describes her 3rd system, the 'Wholistic Knowledge Economy©', and explains why this system is vital for sustainable competitiveness and long-term resilience of humans, brands, organisations and (eco) systems.
The coherence of this complex whole results in a comprehensive meta-solution, both in theory and in practice.
Today, this meta-solution forms the basis of the global brand and serves as the foundation of the Institute.
